What will you learn?

• Assess a business leader from an ethical and professional perspective and to decide whether they are behaving appropriately or not, and to consider how their behaviour could be causing issues for themselves or other stakeholders.

• Suggest ways in which behaviour could be improved and recommend safeguards against the threats created by such behaviour.

• Evaluate the performance of a leader in their role and in their ability to undertake their role effectively.

• Demonstrate an understanding of why a project or initiative had failed and explain why.

• Examine the alignment of performance related pay/benefits as to whether they are aligned to the organisational objectives.
